Scope
These terms govern use of this website and, unless a signed engagement letter says otherwise, the general basis on which AJF Solutions provides services.
Engagements
Each engagement is defined in a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and fees. Work begins once that scope is agreed in writing by both parties.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement, either fixed or on a time basis. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Confidentiality
Both parties treat information exchanged during an engagement as confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Confidentiality survives completion.
Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared specifically for a client transfer to that client on full payment. Pre-existing methods, templates and tools remain the property of AJF Solutions.
Liability
Advice is provided in good faith based on the information available. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the Dutch courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
